An Easy Way to Earn Your BSN While Working at Adventist Health System

Posted by Leanna Neubrander | Apr 6, 2018 12:08:58 PM

If you’ve ever worked the night shift for five days straight, run a household and attempted to have a life, trying to make time to go back to school may feel impossible. Add college applications and trying to pay school bills, and getting another degree might seem way out of reach.

One of the benefits of working at Adventist Health System is that we’re passionate about investing in our team members’ professional development. That’s why we offer a generous amount of tuition reimbursement and have designed an easy process to turn your BSN dreams into a reality.

Receive $21,000 Toward Tuition Reimbursement

By working at Adventist Health System, you can receive up to $21,000 in tuition reimbursement for a bachelor’s degree in nursing as long as you meet certain eligibility requirements. That equates to $5,250 per calendar year for full-time employees. And while most employer tuition reimbursement plans only cover tuition, AHS also covers the cost of books and fees. But we don’t stop there.

Get Additional Discounts at Adventist University of Health Sciences

Although you can use your tuition reimbursement at any accredited university, employees and their spouses receive an additional 10% tuition discount at Adventist University of Health Sciences. On top of that, AHS employees receive another 50% discount on matriculation fees, waived registration and graduation fees at ADU. With these discounts added together, your entire program cost could be covered!

The good news is that you don’t have to live in Orlando or spend time in traffic to go back to school. Adventist University of Health Sciences offers a 100% Online RN-BSN Program that is fully accredited by CCNE. It incorporates multiple collaborative activities, including live chat sessions and discussion boards so that you can network with students and faculty from home. It’s also flexible.
